By sending the below application form you agree that:

1. TEFL Terms and conditions- You’ve read them.
2. TEFL Course Dates & Fees – You know about them.
3. Eligibility  – You have read Our Program & meet the requirements.
4. Visa- you can enter Argentina on a tourist capacity without problems. We do not issue letters or help with visa matters. You have to contact your country embassy and be ready to enter Argentina as a tourist.
5. You have your vaccines, health statement and clean criminal record ready.
6. If you have ready all of the above, you are a native English speaker or fluent in English entering Argentina as a tourist, you can submit your application and will receive the instructions from us on how to pay for the program via email. If you do not respond to our emails, we will remove you from our program since it requires comittment.
7. If you are not a native English speaker, you will receive an essay before you can pay for your program in order for us to test your English fluency.
8. Please take into account that once you apply via this website with your chosen start date, you will receive an official program confirmation email and you would have one week to pay for the program. If you do not pay for your program after the indicated time, you will be removed from the program.

Eligibility

Before we can accept you to the program, you must

• Be at least 18 years old, maximum 65.
• Show proof of your excellent health and have a clean criminal record.
• Must be an English native or fluent speaker, from any nationality.
• Be able to enter Argentina on a tourist capacity.
• Commitment to the program and a high degree of maturity and professionalism. No other commitment during the course in order to focus all energy on the program.
• Complete the 100 academic hours of class with tutor.
• Complete at least 10 hours of classroom observation.
• Complete at least 20 hours of teaching practice sessions
• Hand in all written assignments and materials. Attend all examinations and tutor- marked assignments

PLEASE NOTE

• In order to apply for one of our start dates, you have to be eligible to enter Argentina on a tourist capacity.
• There is no registration fee.
• You will be indicated via a Program Confirmation email when it would be your payment deadline. You would have to indicate if you prefer to take accommodation through the school or not since accommodation is optional.
• Please take into account that in order to qualify for any discounts, you have to apply for our program directly through our website and not through another school or agency.Upon submission of your application, you can expect to receive an email containing relevant program files and additional details. TEFL Course Deferral and Re-enrollment Policy

Deferral due to Personal Circumstances

Participants who have committed to a TEFL course but encounter unforeseen personal circumstances that prevent them from attending as originally scheduled may request a deferral. A deferral allows the participant to postpone their course enrollment for up to one year from the original start date.

Conditions for Deferral

• Valid Reason: Deferrals will be considered only for documented personal circumstances such as serious illness,injury, family emergency, or other significant events beyond the participant's control.
• Timely Notification: Participants must notify the TEFL course provider in writing as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks before the original course start date, of their intention to defer.
• Documentation: Participants may be required to provide supporting documentation to substantiate their request for deferral.

Re-enrollment after Deferral

• Within One Year: Participants who have been granted a deferral must re-enroll in a TEFL course within one year of the original start date.
• No Additional Fee: There is no additional fee for re-enrollment within the one-year deferral period, provided the participant meets all other course requirements.

Re-enrollment after One Year or Without Deferral

• Re-enrollment Fee: Participants who wish to re-enroll in a TEFL course after the one-year deferral period has expired, or who did not request a deferral and failed to attend the original course, will be required to pay a re-enrollment fee of 895 USD.
• Justification: This fee reflects the administrative costs associated with re-enrollment and the disruption caused to course planning and practicum arrangements.

By committing to a TEFL course, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this Deferral and Re-enrollment Policy.
